## What I do

### Software

Shops, web apps and tools that replace manual work. Architecture first, then the build.

### AI systems

Agents, automations and the context they run on, set up so they reliably do the same thing.

### Maintenance

Updates, monitoring and support, so what was built in year one still runs in year three.

I build software that serves a purpose. First the question of what it is for, then the code. Engineering and experience belong together, because a system only works if people want to use it.

## How a build runs

Why first. Then what it covers, what it leaves out and what is still unclear.

Tests, load and the edge cases. Then it ships.

- **Accessible**: At least 4.5 : 1 contrast for every text colour, checked by tests.
- **Editable**: Text changes need no deploy and go live from the admin.
- **Tested**: Over 600 tests on every change.
- **Documented**: 20 decisions written down, with reasons and alternatives.
- **Machine-readable**: Every page also as Markdown. Plus JSON-LD and /llms.txt.
- **Bilingual**: German and English, linked by hreflang.
- **Lean**: 3D loads after the text and pauses off screen.
