## Starting point

What a team knows about a project lives in heads, chat logs and commit histories, and every new AI session starts from nothing. Decisions get made twice, and traps get found twice.

## Approach

Projects, tasks and decisions are entries in the workspace, linked to one another. The logic behind them exists exactly once: the web interface and Claude Code reach the same layer through an MCP server. Underneath are Next.js and SurrealDB with vector search.

## Outcome

AI tools now have project context. A new session no longer starts from nothing.
