## Starting point

A site of my own that shows what I build and how. Editable by me, bilingual and fast.

## Approach

Next.js and Payload CMS, German and English from the start. Every section of the page is its own block that I edit in the admin. Plus a blog, case studies, docs and the contact form.

## Outcome

Lighthouse 100 on desktop, 0.5 seconds until the content is there, no cookies. Over 600 tests run on every change, and 20 decisions are written down with their reasons.
